Taste of Powys at the Royal Welsh Show 2009
Taste of Powys worked with Powys County Council to host a lunch reception at the Royal Welsh Show and invited the media along to taste samples of local food and meet producers from accross Powys. This is included ITV Wales interviewing Pam Honeyman from Monty's Brewery live on the lunchtime news. Information packs were also made available which provided information on food and drink producers in Powys and the value of local produce and highlighted the distinctive food culture of Powys.
