Powys is alive with renewable energy activity!

Increasing numbers of schools, public and community buildings, as well as numerous homes already generate green energy.

Our aim is to show how widespread and common renewable energy installations have become. Many have been installed for years and are not only contributing towards saving the planet but also helping homeowners and organisations save money.

We will be at shows and events encouraging people to add their own points onto the map to show that being green is no longer 'alternative' and people are often doing their bit right next door to you!

If you already know of the benefits through having your own solar panels, using wood for heating, rainwater harvesting or anything similar, or know someone who does we would love to hear from you.
