Wonderwool Wales
Wonderwool Wales ran successfully in the last week of April 2009 at the Royal Welsh Showground near Builth Wells. The event attracted almost three thousand people with many visitors travelling long distances to attend. Highlights included the ever-popular “sheepwalk” alternative fashion show, featuring models aged 3 to 83 wearing items made of wool and natural fibres – all from participating tradestands.
Wonderwool Wales was the first event to run that has received
support from the Powys Festivals and Events Enterprise Fund and
will be held again in 2010 on April 24 and 25.
